      Northumberland Gazette:

A workshop and concert focusing on the human voice takes place in Etal
      next month.

Mouthful, a four-person a cappella ensemble, performs innovative,
exciting and original music using only the human voice as an
      expertly-played and finely-tuned instrument.

Its repertoire ranges from Georgian to gospel, folk to funk, including
jazz and country along the way.

Group members Dave Camlin, Sharon Durant, Bex Mather a
nd Katherine Zeserson are all experienced and well-known community
musicians in the northern region who have led various large projects
      and run many inspirational workshops.

Their aim is to inspire, encourage and energise vocal activity through
      performance and participation

Helen Moffit, one of the organisers, said: "A performance by Mouthful
      is one you won't forget.

"Come along prepared to have your preconceptions about vocal music
blown out of the water by their powerful and exciting original work
      and sophisticated and unusual arrangements."

Places are limited for the workshop. A bar will be provided in the
      evening.

March 1. Workshop from 3pm to 5pm. Concert at 8pm. Tickets £10 each
for workshop and concert, combined ticket £17.

For tickets and further details contact Steve Taylor or Helen Moffit
      on 01890 820566, email hmoffitsvq@..., or send a cheque and a
stamped addressed envelope to H Moffit, 22 Etal Village,
      Cornhill-on-Tweed TD12 4TW.
