      If there is a "click" when you pull the mechanical choke, the plunger on the enrichiner is stuck on at lest one carb.  When that happens, the coke actuation arm gets bent and IPs off of the plunger.

      This is a very strong clue that your carbs need to be removed and have a thourough tear down and cleaning.

      The enricheners are at the top front of the carbs.  The passage runs to the float assemblies in the float bowls. The end point is the "missing Ed Johnson jets".

      Without l of this clean, she will not run, even after you sort out the electrical grounds.
