      David, welcome to the group. My clock started acting strange at
      20K. I very scientifically reached under the panel and jiggled the
      wires that connect to the clock. Worked fine for another 10K. Then
      it really started going bad. I had to replace the battery at about
      30K and lo and behold, the clock worked perfectly and has since. You
      may need a battery.
      Kickstand switch, don't file. Grab a can of good old WD40 and spray
      that baby until it cries. Work the kickstand back and forth and make
      sure that the switch's two securing bolts are tight. Bet it works
      now.

              See there Ed, he is not even from Texas and it is obvious he is a
              good ol' boy just like us. Heck, I hardly every use that
              centerstand, I just growl at it and tell it stand straight while I am
              gone or I will leave it for good at a the local leather bar. Works
              eveytime.

                Intimidation does not work for me, I just drop a viagra in the tank and it stands straight up for me...after about an hour. Ed :o)
