Outlaw Motor Speedway Opens in 2003

      Muskogee, OK 8/6/02

Construction has begun on the new Outlaw Motor Speedway complex being built
in Wainwright, OK. The track is located to the immediate west as you exit
Highway 69 at the Wainwright exit seventeen miles south of the Muskogee
Turnpike, ten miles south of Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Spread over 190 acres will be three dirt tracks combined into one. Gary and
Theresa Clay of Muskogee are the new owners and promoters. However, they
are no strangers to racing, they have been around the sport a long time and
currently own the Late Model that Justin Fulton drives. The plan is to
build three tracks into one, including a high-banked three-eights, a quarter
mile and a one eighth mile. All will utilize one main straightaway in front
of the grandstands. The big three-eights mile clay will be feature Late
Model, Modified, Supermodified, Factory and Pure Stocks every Friday night.
It will also feature several special events including sprint cars, MARS and
      MLRA Late Models and more.

The quarter mile will run on Saturday nights and feature, Micro-Sprints,
Dwarfs and Legends. The one-eighth mile will be used for Quads and Karts
and will also feature special events.

The new facility will include paved pit area and VIP Corporate Suites, which
can be reasonably rented year round and plenty of parking. The long-range
plan is to construct and indoor type arena on the property for racing during
      the winter months.

Construction will start soon on the concessions, rest rooms and VIP tower.
Gary hopes to have the three-eights mile completed in thirty to forty-five
days and invites any driver interested to come and test. They would like as
much input from the drivers as possible before putting the final touches on
the speedway. Target date for opening is March 2003. They have a website
up and running on the Internet, which will be updated as time progresses.
