I missed the fact that last week, Gordy Killian's new track in Topsfield, MA was the first of the year in Massachusetts and Pam Smith's new track at Georgetown was the first of the year in Delaware. That brings the number of states visited by the group for new track conquests in 2012 up to 43. Amazing! The seven states not visited for a new track in 2012 are Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, Rhode Island, and Wyoming. We should certainly be able to add Maryland before the end of the year, with the indoor TQ race coming up in December. Perhaps someone will go to the December TQ race in Rhode Island for the first time as well.
