Saint Tors Leprechaun Cookies
- Moi hast invented these amazingly delicious culinary delights to
honor the day that
Saint Tor, moi, drove all the driving instrucTORs outta Ireland.

But seriously folks, these cookies are to honor Saint Tor having
driven all the snakes from New Zealand, all the elephants from
Ireland AND all the lions and tigers and bears from Hawaii; well ..I
did those thingys 100% as much as Saint Patty drove all the
reptilians from any isle, ever, verily!
Another of one of the many thingys moi hast done, 100%, did do.

Enough levity, now let's leaven some dough.
½ cup margarine
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/3 cups flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
5 ounces white chocolate baking chips
1 3.9 ounce box pistachio pudding (instant, with sugar)
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon ginger
pinch of ground cloves
1/3 cup finely chopped or grated walnuts
1 tablespoon green food coloring
1. Preheat the over to 325 degrees
