New beekeeper looking for Bee supply.
- Hello group,
I have been watching this forum for sometime now and would like to
start out thanking every one for their contributions to the group. I
have found loads of useful information. I have read a fair amount
about beekeeping and have attended a beekeeping class locally (West
Virginia). I had a bunch of langs given to me a few years back and I
was going to use them just because I had them, but a few things came
up that made it unable for me to follow through at the time.
I am very glad I did not follow through with the langs now (gave them
all away a couple years ago). I originally wanted TBHs and that is
the way I intend to go now. I plan to be chemical free and prefer
the term beegardian vs. beekeeper because of this. I do not want to
keep bees for the honey, although it is an added benifit. I am
looking forward to continued learning of these wonderful creatures...
I have two questions after my exhausted introduction....
1) Where can I get chemical free natural cell healthy package bees?
2) How do I introduce a NUC to a TBH? (If I can only find NUC bees)
