I always changed my oil on my 2003 at 3000 miles, mostly because of the piston slap problem of the 2000 to 2003 2.5 engines. I traded it in at 162,000

I change oil at 5K, and use a couple of quarts per change on my turbo 05. (95,000 miles). It's been this way since new, although it seemed a bit less until

I know they were supposed to have fixed the head gasket issues by the 2003 model year, but...check your head gaskets. I had pretty bad oil leaks on both of

    Changed the oil and filter a couple weeks ago. Need to replace the LF axle since the inner CV boot broke a while ago, judging by the gooey, sticky, black mess
