      In today's Rogak No-Fault Blog:

      What's the difference between these two sentences:

      "The insurer is required to inform the claimant of his right to reimbursement for lost earnings and transportation costs in attending the IME."

      "The claimant has the right to be reimbursed for lost earnings and transportation costs in attending the IME."

      Answer: one of the above makes the IME scheduling letter invalid.
