Continuing with the eleventh issue of the 15th Year of publication of Zalma’sInsurance Fraud Letter (ZIFL) Barry Zalma reports on June 1, 2011 on a sentence of 14 Years in prison for multiple small claims; the successful investigation of Fight Fraud America; how an insurance criminal avoided paying restitution for 11 years without going to jail; and an article about problems faced by life insurers from regulators.
