- How about a set of coveralls (like mechanics wear ) ? I've seen them in the local Wal-Mart to 4X . Basically the same as a jumpsuit.

It's not a jumpsuit, but it could be joined to make one....
Kwik-Sew men's patterns go to 2X, so blowing up
one size probably won't be so bad - they have a
long underwear pattern - top and bottom. They
could be done a little large, and joined at the
waist (snaps or velcro). The pattern number is
2389. There's also a pajama pattern (3044) that might be adaptable also.
