The Harry Quidditch action figure wears off-white pants, a red
Griffindor sweater with a wide yellow band across the chest and a
narrower one around the neck, and brown, low-cut, laced shoes. The
pants appear to be short, with brown socks filling in the space
between the shoe and the pants, but are at least knee-length, since
they show under the pads at the knee. From this, and their
appearance otherwise, I'd guess the pants are in fact riding
breeches; breeches would certainly work in a pinch.

His specific quidditch equipment includes the robe, basically a red
hooded bathrobe-ish thing, lined in yellow. (Since there appears to
be a seam, with the red showing, at the center back but none in the
sleeves, the body is probably flat lined and the sleeves bag lined.)
There appear to be three eyelets or buttonholes just below the
neckline, but there are no laces or other fastenings so they may be
hooks and eyes or snaps. In addition, he has leg pads and gloves
with straps and buckles to hold them on; discussion on another group
agreed that they are actually cricket pads and gloves. He also wears
goggles (undoubtedly prescription; after all, Harry needs glasses).

ToysRUs has good pictures of the figure, even though it has been
      discontinued:
