Margo Anderson's Historic Costume Patterns has an Elizabethan
accessories pattern that includes a standing ruff.
www.margospatterns.com. Margo's patterns come with detailed
documentation and instructions--so far the only thing I've made is
the attifet, but that went together very well. She also has men's
clothing, women's underpinnings, and women's clothing.
