      J. Kolar, 87, of West, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2001, at West Rest Haven.  Rosary will be recited at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:15p.m. following the Rosary by the Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant.  Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in West.
       
      Miss Kolar was born on Feb. 14, 1914 in Hill County.  She attended Alligator Creek School in Hill County, and Four C College in Waco.  Miss Kolar lived in Waco for nine years, where she was employed as an LVN at Providence Hospital.  She lived in Houston for three years as an LVN private duty nurse.  She moved back to West in 1973.
       
      Miss Kolar was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, and the KJZT Society No. 11 for more than 50 years and the Catholic Daughters of the Sacred Heart Court No. 829 of West.
       
      Survivors include her brother, John V. Kolar and wife Marie of Hillsboro, and a sister Agnes Divin of Temple; and several nieces and  nephews.
       
      Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.

        Wesley Frank Kolar , 76, of Robinson, died October 10, 2001 at a local hospital.  Mas of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, october 13, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Monsignor Mark Deering as celebrant.  Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in West.
         
        Mr. Kolar was born in Hill county on September 27, 1925.  He graduated from Abbott High School.  He married Jo Ann Porterfield Graham on February 6, 1971 in Waco.  He was a farmer all his life in Downsville and Robinson.  He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waco.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Gladys Kolar; his parents, Willie and Mary Kolar; and brothers Vitus, Bennie and Elo Kolar.
         
        Survivors include his wife, Jo Ann Kolar of Robinson; sisters, Lillie Mynar of West, Mary Ann Cocek and husband Amos of West, Bernadette Dooley of Waco and Catherine Vanek and husband Daniel of Dallas.
         
        Pallbearers will be his nephews.
         
        Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Tuition Fund or your favorite charity.
