Jerry was a very easy going, caring and loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a true man of God and attended Crosby Brethren Church.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dolores Prochazka; brothers, Leo and Willie Prochazka. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
