obit: Douglas Wayne "Junior" Stuckly Jr.
Douglas Wayne “Junior” Stuckly Jr., 36, of Hubbard, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 near Mount Calm. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, June 11 at Wade Funeral Chapel in Hubbard with Rev. Butch Boatwright officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Hubbard. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm on Monday, June 10 at the funeral home.
Junior was born June 28, 1976 in West to Douglas Wayne Stuckly Sr. and Sondra (Couch) Stuckly. He lived most all of his life in Hubbard and was a 1994 graduate of Hubbard High School. Junior worked as a welder for Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) in McGregor and was an avid arrowhead collector.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Lee (Clark) Stuckly of Hubbard; his unborn daughter due in ten weeks, Braylee Stuckly; mother, Sondra Dyer and husband, Ronnie of Gatesville; father, Douglas Wayne “Booger” Stuckly Sr. of Hubbard; sister, Tammy Vincent of Groesbeck; four step-children, Alex Adair, Marsha Ellis, Nathan Clark and Brianna Kolar; two step-sisters, Jeannie Steele and Kay Cook; three nieces, Ashley, Brittney and Chelsea Vincent; second mother, Mitzi Spearman of Hubbard; special friend, Pookey McFarland of Hubbard and numerous other extended family members and friends.
Pallbearers will Pookey McFarland, Stacy Stuckly, Jason Faherty, Phillip Spearman, James Couch Jr., Clay Ashmore, Judd Benner, Jamie Grice, Steven Grice, David Remeur and Tommy Couch.
