obit: Leo T. Holden - wife Vitovsky
Requiem Mass for Leo T. Holden, 56, of 3008 Douglas, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Ann's Catholic Church in Kaufman. Burial will be in Kaufman Catholic Cemetery.
Holden died Thursday in a Dallas hospital after a brief illness. Formerly an accountant with the Lone Star Gas Company and the Mosher Steel Company, he had been employed by several federal agencies in Dallas for the last eighteen years.
Rosary was recited Friday night at Crane-Longley Funeral chapel.
At the time of his death, Holden was an accountant for the Federal National Mortgage Association. He was born and educated in Denison. His wife is the former Betty Vitovsky of Kaufman.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Miss Betty Marie Holden of Dallas; three brothers, Dan Holden of Dallas, and William Holden and Charloes Holden of Denison; three sisters, Mrs. Mary Kirsch, Mrs. J. U. Lindsey and Mrs. Kittye Wilson, all of Denison.
Pallbearers will be Miro Brazek, Bob Martin, J. Johnson, Bailey Stewart, C. A. Ward and Ladon Houpy.
