Mildred Bernice Toman passed away in Corpus Christi, Texas on June 25, 2003 where she resided for 18 years.
She was born December 14, 1923 in Wallis, Texas.
She was preceded in death by Bill Toman, Peter and Terezie Hruzek, Rafella Hruzek, Gabe and Agnes Hruzek, Raymond Hruzek, Robert and Clarice Hruzek, Viola and Henry Reznicek, Henry Frank Reznicek and Albin Gajevsky.
She is survived by three sons: Butch (Patsy) Toman, Kenny (Michele) Toman and Garry (Linda) Toman; two daughters: Helen (Frank) Janecek and Cathie (Charlie) McFarren; four sisters; Tillie (Vince) Bosco, Dolores Janicek, Lucy (Louis) Holub and Annie Gajevsky, 14 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She will be remembered for her skills in gardening, sewing, cooking, baking and care-giving to others. She loved children. She made many friends after moving to Corpus Christi. She traveled to Mexico with her friends, spent time shopping and played BINGO. She also shared her sewing and baking with her friends.
Services will be held in Wallis, Texas on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at Krasna Cemetery.
