      dates to Austria, Hungary and Germany. On many maps, the city names are in
      German with Frenstat being Frankstaudt for instance. The slavic people were
      under rule of the Austrian-Hungary empire and Germany for a short period of
      time from 1848 to 1918.

      The Moravians and Bohemians settled the region at the end of
      the 6th century AD.
