      Requiem mass for Frank Starek, 90, of 5910 Lindsey, a retired brick mason, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Catholic Church in Ennis.  Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery there.

       

      Starek died here Wednesday.

       

      A native of Bohemia, he came to the United States in 1906 and moved to Dallas in 1937.

       

      Survivors:  Six sons, Frank Startek and Jerry Starek, both of Kemp, Kaufman County, Emmet Starek of Ennis, Charlis Starek of Dallas, John Starek of De Soto and Henry Starek of Irving; two daughters, Mrs. John Bevers of Dallas and Mrs. Bessie Rowe of Bakersfield, Calif., 22 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
