      Bessie E. Schiller, 89, of Taylor died Thursday, October 7, 2004 at Georgetown Hospital.

      Family visitation will be 5 - 8 P.M. Friday, October 8, 2004 at Providence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 3 P.M. Saturday, October 9, 2004 at the Taylor City Cemetery.

      Bessie was born in Floresville, TX. on December 12, 1914 to John M. and Theresie (Baran) Zak . She was married to Charlie Schiller on April 12, 1932 by Rev. Joseph Barton, Sr. at the Granger Brethren Church. Bessie was a hardworking lady that loved baking for people. She also loved working in her yard planting flowers. Bessie’s greatest joy was her family.

      Bessie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charlie Schiller; two brothers, Louis and Joe Zak; one sister, Annie Kasper; and two sons, Larry Wayne and Charles Schiller.

      She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy Ging and husband, Glen Roy of Taylor; one brother, Elick Zak of Maryland; two sisters, Mary Tomek of California and Frances Zak of Temple; grandsons, James Ging, Steve Ging, Sidney Ging, Bobby Ging, Kenny Earman, Randy Von Rosenberg, Bradley Ging, Jake Ging, Colt Tyler Ging, Brandon Earman and Justin Earman, David McLamb, Hayden Von Rosenberg, Landon Von Rosenberg, Keith Trulove, Brian Stringer; granddaughters, Glenda Wiley, Gail Earman, Linda Von Rosenberg, Hope Ging, Debbie Ging, Sandra Ging, Sharon Ging; great grandsons, Travis Alford, Brandon Alford, Granger Lee Armentrout; great granddaughters, Karen McLamb and Jan Armentrout; and numerous nieces and nephews.

      Memorials may be made to the Taylor Brethren Church, P.O. Box 351, Taylor, TX. 76574.
