      Mrs. Mary L. Kutach, 63, of 2403 E. Trinity St., died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday in a houston hospital following an extended illness.

       

      A resident of Victoria for 20 years, Mrs. Kutach was born Sept. 6, 1904, in Moravia, Tex., to the late Joseph and Mary Tupa Rybak.  She was a former resident of Hallettsville and a member of the Catholic church.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, a brother and a grandson.

       

      Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Mary's Catholic Church.  The body will lie in state at the church from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the services.

       

      Burial will be in the Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery at Sweet Home at 4 p.m. under the direction of McCabe-Carruth Funeral Home.

       

      Pallbearers will be Ernest Rybak Jr., Johnny Rybak, George Rybak, Joe Rybak III, Eugene Rybak and William Machalec.

       

      A Rosary was recited Saturday evening at the funeral home chapel.

       

      Surviving are her husband, Mike J. Kutach of Victoria; a daughter, Mrs. Don Krueger of Victoria; two sons, Jerome Kutach of Houston and Dr. Casper J. Kutach of Fort Worth; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Vana of Victoria and Mrs. Stella Mechalec of Moravia; four brothers, Victor Rybak of Victoria, Joe Rybak Sr. of Houston, Ernest Rybak Sr. of Needville and Willie Rybak of Schulenburg, and three grandchildren.
