      Dorothy “Dotty” Theresa Krizak went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 25, 2012.
       
      Dotty was born on October 22, 1929 in Eunice, Louisiana to Moise and Lillian (Qurik) Tate. Dotty graduated from Eunice High School and then attended college and graduated from St. Louis College with a degree in nursing and she then worked for San Jacinto and Gulf Coast Hospitals in Baytown, Texas.
       
      When she wasn’t busy working Dotty enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, attending church and most of all spending time with her family. Dotty was a very kind loving and caring woman who will be missed by all who knew her.
       
      She is preceded in death by her parents, Moise and Lillian Tate; sister, Sybil Tate; and brother, Gerald Tate.
       
      Dotty is survived by her loving husband of 57years, Melvin William Krizak Jr.; son Michael Edwin Krizak of Baytown, Texas; daughter, Peggy Kathleen Madrid and husband Rene of Shepherd, Texas; daughter, Ann Lillian Dawson and husband Jay of Baytown, Texas; grandchildren, Brandy Lynn Smith, Jay William Dawson Jr., Brett Thomas Dawson, Rebecca Childress, Sarah Spencer; great grandchildren, Sybil Danielle Hammonds, Jarret Daniel Hammonds, Trevor Wayne Smith; Dottie’s loving beagle, George; and many other relatives and friends.
       
      A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 5-8pm at Sterling-White Funeral Home with a rosary at 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 10am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 1907 Carolina Street Baytown, Texas 77520 and burial will follow at Sterling-White Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, Texas 77562
