      Services for Nanci G. Huyser, 55, of Kilgore will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the Kilgore Bible Church with Pastors Barry Metz and Aaron Bequette officiating.  Burial will follow in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery in Carthage.  Nanci passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011 near Kilgore, Texas following a two vehicle collision.

      Nanci was born May 18, 1956 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Bill and Shirley Austin.  Her education experiences included: Certified medical Assistant, Associate degree in Oil and Gas Technology, Para Legal Assistant Program. She cherished learning and was currently studying as an English major at LeTourneau University.

       Mrs. Huyser truly loved the Lord and faithfully attended the Kilgore Bible Church.  Nanci was an accomplished author who has devotions published in popular materials such as A Cup of Comfort: Book of Bible Promises and she co-authored the book “What a Ride” The Terry Holland Story.  Her creative inspiration was also expressed through hand crafts, sewing, photography, card making, cooking, baking and home decorating.  She enjoyed spending time in nature, camping and traveling.  She was an avid animal lover who often provided care for the neighborhood animals and strays.  Nanci embodied a gentle strength and independent spirit. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, daughter, sister and friend.

      She is survived by her husband of 31 years Gordon Huyser of Kilgore; her adopted son, Robbie Croft of Mobile Alabama; father Bill Austin of Monmouth, Oregon, two sisters Brenda Wenrich of Salem, Oregon and Teresa Tolzmann of Momouth, Oregon; brother Larry Austin of Monmouth, Oregon; Aunt Lois Barlow of Carthage, Texas; two nieces, five nephews and many loving family and friends.

      Nanci is preceded in death by her mother Shirley Austin.                                             

      Memorials can be made to Kilgore bible church Mission’s Fund at 3810 County Line Rd., Kilgore, Texas 75662.

      The family will receive friends Friday evening at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore from 6:00 until 8:00p.m.
