      ROSEBUD Services for Mary Ann Hoelscher, 78, of Cyclone will be 10 a.m. Saturday, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cyclone with the Rev. Walter Matus officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. She died Tuesday, Dec. 29, at her home.
       
      She was born July 26, 1931, in Cyclone to Ed and Antonie Sula Doskocil. She lived in Cyclone all her life. She married James Hoelscher on Nov. 22, 1949. She was active on their farm.
       
      She received the Lumen Gentium award from the Diocese of Austin in 2009. She was a member of the KJZT, St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Josephs Altar Society.
       
      She was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Joseph Hoelscher; and a grandson.
       
      Survivors include four sons, Charles Hoelscher of Cyclone, Alan Hoelscher of Cyclone, Glenn Hoelscher of Lorena and Marvin Hoelscher of Grapevine; three daughters, Teresa Hoelscher and Judy Hoelscher, both of Temple, and Joan Sykora of Lorena; three brothers, Ben Doskocil of Arlington, Tony Doskocil of Temple and Clarence Doskocil of Waco; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
       
      Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund, 20120 FM 485, Burlington, TX, 76519; or to St. Vincent dePaul food pantry, 106 W. Ave. D, Temple, TX, 76504. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
