      Martin Herbachek, 84, a resident of Galveston for over 60 (or 80) years, died at his residence, 3405 G, at 6 o'clock yesterday morning.  He was born in Nanenst, Moravia, Nov. 10, 1899.
       
      Surviving Mr. Herbachek are:  His widow, Mrs. Vincl Herbachek of Galveston; three sons, Joseph and Frank Herbachek of Galveston and S-Sgt. John Martin Herbachek of the United States army overseas; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Demack, Mrs. Mary Buresh and Mrs. Lucille Weingerburg of Galveston; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other relatives.
       
      Funeral services will be held at 4 o'clock this afternoon at the Malloy & Son funeral home, thence to St. Patrick's Church for services, Rev. L. A. Sampson will officiate and interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
       
      The rosary was recited last night at the funeral home by Rev. Sampson and by the Catholic Daughters of America.
       
      The deceased was a member of the Rozkvet Lodge No. 62, Slavonic Benevolent Order of Texas.
       
      Pallbearers will be P. A. Scholky, J. Vesely, Frank Foytik, E. V. Denke frank Kudelka and Charles V. Frank.
