      Julie was born on January 13, 1922, and passed away on Aprl 27, 2009.
       
      She is preceded in death by husband Charlie Adamcik; and daughter Charlene.
       
      Julie was an active member of several Czech Fraternal organizations including SPJST Lodge 84, Dallas; KJT; KJZT; and WFLA.
       
      She was a longtime parishioner and volunteer at St. Cecilia Catholic Church and school.  She and her husband owned and operated Adamcik's Appliances and Auto on Singleton Boulevard for over 35 years.  Julie lived life to the fullest and enjoyed traveling, dancing, boating, and fishing; but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
       
      She is survived by daughters Cathey Daboub and husband Henry and Patricia Patak and husband Leonard; grandchildren Henry Daboub, II , Shelley Hyde, Brent Daboub, Keith Daboub, Jason Patak, and Kristin Barnesbey; and 14 great-grandchildren.
       
      Rosary began at 10 a.m. Friday, May 1 with funeral mass immediately following at Calvary Hill Mausoleum North Chapel.
       
      In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the rebuilding of St. Cecilia Cathohlic Church or Grace Presbyterian Caring Fund.
