Deceased Name: Ermin "Frank" BohuslavErmin "Frank" Bohuslav, born in Moulton, Texas on January 22, 1918, was reunited with his wife of 42 years, Doris Younger Bohuslav, by our Heavenly Father on Dec. 7, 2008.Preceding him in death were his parents, Frank and Agnes Bohuslav, a baby sister Eugenia, his beloved sister Marcella Hanslik, sister-in-law Eunice Bohuslav, and niece Wanda Bohuslav Hermansen. He is survived by daughter Patricia Bohuslav, step-son Ron Kirchhof and wife Lynda of San Antonio, Texas, step-daughter Debra Kirhhof Morris and husband Randy of Seguin, Texas, brothers Ivan and wife Margie of Ennis, Texas, John and wife Clara of Seguin, Texas, Frank and wife Georgia of Smithville, Texas, Ben and wife Lou of LaGrange, Texas and brother-in-law Herman Hanslik and wife Palmae of Hallettsville, Texas.Frank was blessed with the love of four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, 22 nieces and nephews, 42 great nieces and nephews, and 22 great-great nieces and nephews, Frank had a strong love for family and family reunions, which kept his Czech roots a strong tradition to be passed down to the next generation. He loved dancing, golfing, gardening, watching the purple martins, and had a love for travel in both the United States and abroad. In his early years he had a Feed Store and Firestone business until he became owner and operator of Frank Bohuslav Realty, which is now Century 21 until he was almost 85 years "young."He served in the U.S. Navy and retired from the Navy Reserves after 20 years as a CPO. He belonged to the American Legion, the Elks Club, and the Silver Center in Seguin, Texas as well as several dance clubs in the area. Frank will be forever loved and missed by everyone he leaves behind. The family would like to thank Claire Bridge Assisted Living and VITAS Hospice for the care and respect given to Frank. Visitation will be held Wednesday Dec. 10, 2008, from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Funeral service will be held Wednesday Dec. 10, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at Goetz Memorial Chapel followed by entombment at St. James Catholic Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to a charity of your choice.
