      Frank Dlouhy, 58, of Channelview, was buried at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with the Reverend Idus England officiating.
       
      Dlouhy died Monday in a Houston Hospital.  He had been a heavy equipment operator for Harris County for 18 years.  He was a member of Company M, 9th Infantry, 2nd Division in World War II.  He had lived in Channelview 36 years.
       
      Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Irene Dlouhy; son John J. Dlouhy; daughter, Miss Francine Dlouhy; father, Felix Dlouhy, all of Channelview; brothers, Felix Jr. and Louis Dlouhy, both of Crosby; and sisters Mrs. Mary Kovalicik, also of Crosby; Mrs. Tonie Stetka, Baltimore, Md.; Miss Elizabeth Dlouhy, Mrs. Sophie Jasek and Mrs. Annie Katria, Channelview.
