      ROBERT LEE FOJT, beloved husband, father grandfather and friend entered the kingdom of heaven on Monday, December 7th. He will be missed dearly by everyone who knew him but we know that he is in the arms of our Lord surrounded by family and friends who have come before him.Robert was born February 8, 1932 to John and Edna Fojt of Wallis, Texas. He had one brother John Gilbert Fojt. Bob loved cars and everything mechanical. He attended Wharton Junior College and Texas A&M University. He served in the Army during the Korean War. His career was spent with Midwestern Gas in Minnesota and Tennessee Gas Pipeline/Tenneco/El Paso. He was a dedicated servant of Holy Cross Lutheran Church for over 40 year.
       
      He served as President of the Afton Village Homeowner's Association for several years and Treasurer of the Super Neighborhood Council. He was a member of the American Legion of Wallis, TX and a member of Willis San Jacinto Masonic Lodge #106 and a Mason for over 50 years.
       
      He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Dolores Abel Fojt; his son and daughter-in-law, Buddy and Cheryl Fojt; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Jamie Patrick-Maxwell and adored grandchildren; Dale, Chase, Sara, Shannon, Courtney and Hubie.
       
      A memorial service will be held at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 7901 Westview Dr., Houston, TX 77055 on Thursday, December 10th at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Holy Cross Lutheran Church
