ENNIS -- Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tonight
at the Bunch Funeral Home Chapel for Emil Rudolph Horak, 54, resident of
Mesquite, who died Tuesday morning at the White Settlement Hospital in Fort
Mass for Christian burial will be celebrated at 10
a.m. Wednesday at the St. John's Catholic Church in Ennis. Burial will be
at St. Joseph Cemetery in Ennis.
He lived in Dorchester and Dallas before moving to
Mesquite in 1965. He married Miss Emilie Krajac of Ennis June 30, 1950,
was employed as a checker at the New York Merchandise Company in Dallas 23
years, member of the St. Phillips Catholic Church in Dallas and served in the
Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his widow of Mesquite, a son,
Kenneth Ray Horak of Mesquite; a daughter, Miss Linda Kay Horak of Mesquite; two
brothers, Oldrich Horak of Dallas and Gabrial Horak of Herman, three sisters,
Mrs. Jodie Rejcek of Dorchester, Mrs. Raymond Martinek of Tioga and Mrs. Lloyd
Baker of Dallas; and his step-mother, Mrs. Gabrial Horak of Taylor.
