      Frank Joseph Hubalek, 67, of Inez, resident of Victoria County since 1911, died at 7 a.m. Monday in a local hospital after a long illness.
       
      Mr. Hubalek was born Feb. 18, 1902, in Lavaca County.  A veteran of World War II, he was a member of Victoria Post 1220, Knights of Columbus, for 50 years.
       
      He was the son of the late John and Rosalie Pirkl Hubalek.
       
      Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at McCabe-Carruth Funeral Home Chapel.
       
      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Inez with the Rev. Edward J. Jansky officiating.  Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
       
      The body will lie in state at the church from 9 a.m. until time of services Wednesday.
       
      Survivors include seven sisters, Mrs. Ed Holly, Mrs. Frances Zak, and Mrs. Pauline Robinson, all of Eureka, Calif.; Miss Matilda Hubalek, Miss Annie Hubalek, Miss Emilie Hubalek and Mrs. Mary Shiller, all of Inez; and two brothers, Jim Hubalek of Inez, and Emil Hubalek of Ganado.
