      HALLETTSVILLE, Tex., April 25.-- Mrs. Frances Kopecky, 59, wife of Joseph Kopecky, postmaster and former regent of A. & M. College, died Sunday following a stroke of paralysis.
       
      The funeral will be delayed until 10 a.m. Thursday pending arrival of children from the Eastern states.
       
      Besides her husband, she is survived by the following children:  Miss Leona Kopecky of Weimar; Mrs. M. I. Bozka of Hallettsville; Mrs. Herbert Plummer of Alexandria, Virginia; Mrs. John McNamara of Glenrock, N.J.; Johon Kopecky of Washington, D.C.; Miss Joseph [sic] Kopecky of Hallettsville and Sisters M. Theresa, Michael and Lucy of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament Academy, San Antonio.  Other survivors are five brothers, Leo, Henry and J.C. Strauss of Hallettsville and Richard and Otto Strauss of Shiner and two sisters, Mrs. F. J. Fietsam of Shiner and Mrs. C. L. Kopecky of Yoakum.
