JERRY IVICIC JR.
CUERO - Jerry Ivicic Jr., 84, of Cuero, formerly of Victoria, passed away Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010. He was born April 19, 1926, in Georgetown, to the late Vlasta Labay Ivicic and Jerry Ivicic Sr. He was retired owner of Jerry's Upholstery. He served in the United States Navy
He is survived by his daughters, Charlene White and spouse James of Cuero, Becky Hightower and spouse Randy of Cleburne, Nancy Sowell and spouse Don of Fort Worth, Laura Corbin and spouse Glenn of Austin, and Teresa Swiggert and spouse James of Wichita Falls; sons, Jerry Drew Ivicic and spouse Lucy of Fort Worth, Matthew Ivicic of Louisville, Terry Ivicic and Steven Nix, both of Florida; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty Vess Ivicic; and brother, Clifford Ivicic.
Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, with a prayer service at 1 p.m., at Artero Memorial Chapels in Victoria. A graveside service with full military honors, under the auspices of the Victoria County Veterans
Council, AL, CWV, VFW
, DAV, MCL, MOWW, Ex-POW, MOPH, VVA, and the KWV will follow at 3 p.m. Saturday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Victoria. Pastor Terry Brown will officiate.
