EVELYN MARGARET FIKACEL CAMPO - Evelyn Margaret Fikac, 94, of El Campo, passed away on Sept. 28, 2010. She was born on March 15, 1916 in Moulton to the late Edward and Anna Kutac Kocian. She was a homemaker and a member of the Hillje KJZT.She is survived by her daughters, Annette Novosad and husband Adolph Sr. of Shiner, Judy Hrncir of Albuquerque, N.M.; son, Deacon Marvin Fikac and wife Dorothy of Sugar Land; step-brother, Eldon Kocian and wife Theresa of Houston; 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John S. Fikac; grandson, Allen Fikac; son-in-law, Stanley Hrcir Jr.; sisters, Irene Babik, Judith Seidenberger, Bridget Krupala, and Marjorie Boehm; brothers, Edward Kocian Jr., Julius Kocian, Bruno Kocian, and Valentine Kocian; and step-brother Thomas Kocian.Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. today, with a parish rosary to be recited at 7 p.m., at Triska Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at St. Philip's Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Janak and Deacon Frank Fikac officiating. Entombment will follow at the Holy Cross Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Marcus Fikac, Michael Fikac, Adolph Novosad Jr., Quinin Novosad, Stan Hrncir III, John Hrncir, Curtis Hrncir and Joseph Hrncir.
