      DALLAS, Tex., April.--Cyclonic winds in various sections of Texas, extending from Grayson County on the east to Runnels and Callahan counties and into Oklahoma, resulted in the death of seventeen persons today. 
       
      The dead in Runnels County was four, according to dispatches tonight.  These were a daughter of Joseph Kohutek, two children of Frank Kvapil, an infant of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Frenzel and two unidentified men.  All the victims were residents of the Cross Roads schoolhouse community.
       
      Rowens-- Rosa Kvapil, 18 years old, and younger sister; little daughter of Ben Brenzel; infant of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kohutek
