      DICKINSON -- Adolph Joseph Labay, 64, of 2802 Frostwood Circle in Dickinson died Wednesday at Clear Lake Hospital in Webster.
       
      Funeral arrangements are pending at the Jack Rowe Funeral Home in League City.
       
      Mr. Labay was born Oct. 11, 1911, in Vox Populi, Tex.  He had been a resident of Dickinson for four years.  Prior to that he was a Houston resident.  He was director of the Region IV Education Service Center.
       
      Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Edna Labay of Dickinson; a son, Joseph Labay of Alaska; and six daughters, Mrs. John Ensle and Mrs. Tom Mathey, both of Houston, Mrs. Jim Fox of Galveston, Mrs. Donnie Miller of Dickinson, Mrs. Jeff Oden of California and Mrs. Ned Woodall of Winston-Salem, N.C.
