We would like to send a special thanks to the ICU staff at Kindred Hospital. They were wonderful. Special thanks goes to her nurse, Adrian, who was a jewel.

Mattie had a special friend that was her constant companion for the last 10 years and that was her beloved Dachshund, Holly. Holly will miss her dearly along with all the rest of her family and friends.

      Rest in peace, Mom.
