      BANQUETE.--Rosary for Mrs. Marie Otahal, 78, will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Robstown Funeral Chapel.
       
      Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. John's Catholic Church, Robstown, with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. George Scfecina as celebrant.  Burial will be in Robstown Memorial Park.
       
      Mrs. Otahal died at 3:40 a.m. yesterday in a Robstown hospital.
       
      A native of Czechoslovakia, she came to the United States in 1900.  She lived in Lavaca and Fayette Counties until she moved to Nueces County in 1939.  She had lived here since.
       
      A member of St. John's Catholic Church, Mrs. Otahal also belonged to the KJZT Society and St. Ann's Altar Society.
       
      Surviving are four sons, Jim Charba of Cistern and Joe L. Charba, Steve and Charles Otahal, all of Banquete; two brothers, Frank Holisek of Blessing, Texas, and Louis Holisek of Moulton, 20 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
