      Survivors include daughters Vickie Cox of Sweetwater, Loretta Morris of Loraine, Judy Hogue and Verna Campbell, both of Kennewick, Wash.; sons Billy Hogue of Kennewick and James Allen of Snyder; and brother Bill Culp of Madisonville
