Funeral services for Frank E. Slovak, 48, of 439 Wintergreen Road, carpenter and Dallas resident since 1941, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John Catholic Church in Ennis. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery there.
Slovak, a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, died here Wednesday.
A member of the KJT Society, Slovak was born in Ennis and lived there until moving to Dallas.
Survivors: Wife; five sons, Frankie Slovak, Don Slovak, Gary Slovak, Edward Slovak and Anthony Slovak, all of Dallas; three daughters, Kathaleen Slovak, Annette Slovak and Ellen Slovak, all of Dallas; four brothers, Walter L. Slovak and Emil Slovak of Dallas, and Joe E. Slovak and John J. Slovak of Ennis; and five sisters, Mrs. Frances Trokop of Farmers Branch, Mrs. Lillie J. Bailey, Mrs. Mary Zmolik and Mrs. Hattie Dlabaj of Dallas and Mrs. louise Krajca of Ennis.
