      Funeral services for William F. "Bill" Vitovsky, 99, Canton, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 3 at Anderson-Clayton Funeral Home in Mesquite with Bro. David Bell officiating.
       
      Mr. Vitovsky died March 21, 2006, in Kaufman.
       
      He was born December 26, 1906, in Alma, to Joe Vitovsky and Frances Hubacek.  He grew up in the Kemp area and later moved to Dallas as a steel guitar musician.  His musical career spanned 25 years with the Manhattan Club and the Swing Time Playboys.  The last 30 years he lived in the Canton area.
       
      He was preceded in death by his parents and all of his brothers and sisters.
       
      Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Evelyn Juanita, Canton; daughter, Carol Vitovsky, Canton; and many nieces and nephews.
       
      Pallbearers were Charlie Smith, Rick Kimbrough, Ricky Kimbrough, Mark Vitovsky, David Asbill, Russell Webb and Brian Tyler.
