      FATAL AFFRAY AT HOCHHEIM
Two Farmers are Dead and Wife of One is Wounded

Cuero, Texas, Dec. 6 -- Joe Waligura, tenant farmer of the Hochheim community near here, is dead, his wife is suffering from bullet wounds in the thigh, arm and legs, and John Krumm, well to do farmer, is dead as the result of a tragedy enacted this morning near the Krumm home.

The tragedy occurred when the Waligura couple were passing the Krumm home.

Following the shooting Krumm went back into his house and when officers appeared on the scene fired into his own breast, death resulting instantly.

Mrs. Waligura has a fair chance to recover, physicians say.
