Services for Albin C. Pavlas, 88, of Bryan are set for 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan.
The Rev. Dimitrij Colankin will officiate. Burial will be in Smetana Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday at Hillier Funeral Home in Bryan.
A rosary will be recited at 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. John McCaffrey officiating.
Mr. Pavlas died Friday in Sherwood Healthcare Center.
He was born in Caldwell and was a lifelong resident of Bryan. He was retired as a truck driver for Lilly Dairy. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, VFW Post 4692 and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lottie Kuder Pavlas.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Linda Stewart of Bryan; a brother, Stanley Pavlas of Bryan; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lottie Bryant and Doris and Luke Patranella, all of Bryan; a sister-in-law, Bonnie Pavlas of Bryan; a grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
