LOTTIE COX. 1917-2008. A resident of Irving, Texas, she was born
Milada Ann Harbuz in Cameron, Texas on September 24, 1917. Lottie
quietly closed her eyes Sunday night only to wake up in the arms of
JESUS early Monday morning of August 4, 2008 at 90 years young.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nykola Henry Harbuz (1882-
1959) and Annie Macik Harbuz (1886-1966). She grew up in Sharp,
Texas. Two siblings also preceded her in death. A caring big brother,
Jerry Harbuz of Sharp, died 2007 and a wonderful little sister, Rose
Harbuz Brown of Merced, California died in 2004.

Ms. Lottie, as she was affectionately known, met and married on May
17, 1946, the love of her life for 52 years, David Mountcastle Cox,
Sr. He was born in Whitewright, Texas on March 28, 1924 and preceded
Lottie in death on September 30, 1997. David and Lottie began their
life together in Grand Prairie, Texas then moved to Hardrock Road in
the west end of Irving, where she lived from 1947 until 2007. Lottie
was an awesome homemaker and partner supporting David's construction
      career.

She was always there for her three children, Laura Cox Glover and
husband, Don of Louisiana, David Mountcastle Cox, Jr. and wife, Wendy
of Oklahoma and James Calvin Cox and wife, Marsha of Texas.

They combined gave Ms. Lottie her seven grandchildren, who she loved
unconditionally, Danny Lee Moore, Ashlei Nichole Giroir, David
Mountcastle Cox, III, Tony Mount Cox, Jamie Christopher Cox,
Charlotte Katrine Cox and Jennifer Marie Cox Ferrell.

These wonderful grandchildren gave her eleven sweet great grands and
one precious great great granddaughter in 2007, named, Grace who
sadly she never got to know although that name sums it up – the
beautiful child, wonderful sister, awesome woman, loving wife and
incredible caring mother and attentive mamaw, who everyone loved. She
had so much GRACE! Also surviving her are a host of nieces and
      nephews.

She will be forever missed and remembered by all, GOD indeed blessed
      us.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2008 at
Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Bobby Joe Raper
      officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at the
      funeral home.
