      JAMES JOSEPH GRAHMANN

      HOUSTON - James Joseph Grahmann, 54, of Houston, died Oct. 2, 2007. He was born June 8, 1953, in Hallettsville, to Robert and Julie Castecka Grahmann. He was a member of St. Ambrose Church of Houston and Sacred Heart Church of Hallettsville.

      James was employed with Cryogenic Industries in Houston as the office manager for the last four years. He was previously employed with Air Liquide America for 29 and half years, also in Houston, as a supervisor of the manufacture facility.
       
      James enjoyed ranching, welding, NASCAR, Dallas Cowboys, and the love for his family and grandchildren.

      James is survived by his wife, Brenda Rother Grahmann; daughter, Kimberly Pesek and Andrew Pesek Jr. of Houston; sons, Mark and wife Kathryn Grahmann of Cypress and Gregory Grahmann of Houston; sisters, Sharon and husband Thomas Wick of Hallettsville, Carol Wagner and Bobby Franks of Georgetown, Joyce and husband Bill Sattler of Georgetown; brothers, Robert J. Grahmann and wife Barbara of Hallettsville, Donald and wife Mildred of Houston; grandchildren Ashley Pesek, Kayla Pesek, Travis Pesek, Rebecca Grahmann, and Stephanie Grahmann.  James was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Julie Grahmann.

      A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today at Kubena Funeral Home in Hallettsville.  Services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 5, 2007 at Sacred Heart Church, the Rev. John Peters officiating. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.

      Memorials: Sacred Heart Catholic Church or donor's choice.
