No I tried to send it a few days ago, but because of the new e-mail address yahoo for some reason rejected it.
So I just sent it again. The obit date is Aug. 3. The Sealy news only prints on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Albin "Bennie" Kocich, 91, of Houston passed away Sunday, Sept. 22, 2007 in Sealy.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept. 26, 2007 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Houston with Rev. Ben Smaistrla as celebrant. The wake and rosary service was recited by Deacon John Froning at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home on Wednesday evening. The interment was at Memorial Oaks Cemetery with the Katy VFW performing a military funeral honor guard service.
The beautiful music was accompanied by Cynthia Grigar, P.O.L.K. of A. Chorale, Czech Heritage Chorale, Jimmie Brosch and Chris Rybak.
Altar servers were Justin and Corey Krenek. The lecturer was June Kocich with special readings by Marvin Zatopek, Jimmie Brosch and Al Stryk. The offertory gifts were presented by Nancy Zatopek and Dennis Kocich.
Serving as pallbearers were Kerry Divin, Shannon Divin, Weldon Schulte, Wayne Rybak, Leroy Rybak and David Koudelka. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmie Brosch, George Donahoo, SPJST Lodge 88 Men's Club, and Justin, Dylan and Cameron Divin.
Mr. Kocich was born in Komensky , Texas Sept. 22, 1915 to Alois Kocich and Mary Barta Kocich.
He served in the United States Air Force from 1942-1946, where he attained the rank of Corporal during World War II.
Bennie was an active member of the SPJST Lodge 88; SPJST Men's Club; SPJST Chorale Group; Czech Heritage Chorale; American Legion Post 654; P.O.L.K. of A., where he served as King in 1990; and was a 60-year member of the St. Theresa Catholic Church.
He retired from his automobile dealership, J&B Motors.
Mr. Kocich married Stacie Rybak on February 24, 1941.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in- law, Dennis and June Kocich of Sealy; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Marvin Zatopek of Houston; grandsons and their wives, Kerry and Michelle Divin, and Shannon and Brandy Divin; great grandchildren, Justin, Dylan and Cameron Divin; and sister, Annie Novak.
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and brother.
His joys were dancing and singing, especially at the SPJST Lodge 88, which was like his home away from home.
Bennie was a kind, sincere and loving Husband, Father, Popo and Friend.
