      Christopher Stavinoha

      Christopher Alan Stavinoha, age 31, of Louise, died early Wednesday morning,
      Feb. 28, 2007, in an automobile accident near Wharton. He was born on Jan.
      29, 1976, in Wharton the son of Donald Lee Stavinoha Sr. and Mildred Marie
      Machart Stavinoha.

      Mr. Stavinoha had been a resident of Louise for the past two years and was a
      former resident of Palacios. He was Catholic by faith and enjoyed hunting,
      fishing, cooking and spending time with his son, Chase.

      A Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2007, at the chapel of
      Wharton Funeral Home and a Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. today,
      Saturday, March 3, 2007, at St. Anthony�s Catholic Church in Columbus with
      Rev. Dan Kahlich officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Anthony�s
      Catholic Cemetery in Columbus.

      Survivors include his son; Chase Andrew Stavinoha of East Bernard; parents,
      Donald Lee and Mildred Marie Stavinoha Sr. of Palacios; sisters and
      brothers-in-law, Carol Ann and Benny Husinecky Jr., Karen Sue and Douglas
      Eugene Koehler, all of Wharton, Sandra Jean Graeber of Hungerford, Tina
      Marie Stavinoha of Bay City; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald Lee �Buddy�
      and Trudi Stavinoha, Kevin Lee and Christina Stavinoha, all of Columbus,
      Jody and Amy Stavinoha of Wharton. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

      Pallbearers are Eddie Russell, Bradley Stancik, Kyle Lewis, Stephen Dirba,
      Johnny Gresham, Dan Mazza, Ray Stavinoha and Frank Miculka.

      Honorary Pallbearers are his son Chase, and his brother Riley Henke and all
      of Chris� nieces and nephews.

      In lieu of usual remembrances the family requests memorials to the Chase
      Andrew Stavinoha Trust Fund, c/o First National Bank, East Bernard Branch,
      P.O. Box 460, East Bernard, TX 77435.

      Funeral services are under the direction of the Wharton Funeral Home.
