ROSENBERG - Olga Marie Walenta Luksa, 97, of Rosenberg, died Saturday, Dec.
2, 2006 in Edna.
She was born June 24, 1909 in Florence, to the late Frank and Rosie Stefka
Walenta. She was a founding member of First Presbyterian Church in Rosenberg
and member of the Royal Neighbors.
Survivors: daughter, Joyce Nichols of Hallettsville; nine grandchildren;
eleven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: husband, Ernest Luksa; son, Leldon "Luke" Luksa;
daughter, Arlene Sulak; brother, Ernest Walenta; and sister, Libby Luksa.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., today at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home chapel in
Services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at First Presbyterian Church in
Rosenberg, the Rev. Jack Livingston officiating.
Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Greenlawn Funeral

Pallbearers: Horace Owens, Gary Luksa, Melvin "Mickey" Mikeska, Scott
Walenta, Norman Luksa, James Luksa.
