      LISERIO 11/19/2001

      John Philip Fanick Liserio, born November 23, 1962 in San Antonio, TX,
      entered into eternal rest November 18, 2001 at the age of 38 years. John was
      a loving and devoted husband and father who was dedicated to his family. He
      will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, RoseMary
      Liserio; parents, Frank Liserio and Carmen Fanick; grandmother, Lucinda
      Lozano Liserio; daughter, Ramona Marie Liserio; son, John Philip Liserio II;
      sisters, Lucy Liserio Sosa and husband David, and Mary Teresa Liserio;
      brothers, Frank F. Liserio and wife Monica, Henry J. Liserio and wife Stacy;
      numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Services Visitation will
      begin at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 in Simplicity Funeral
      Chapels with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 P.M. that evening. A Funeral
      Mass will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 at St.
      Leonard's Catholic Church with Interment to follow in Mission Burial Park
      South. Everyone will meet at church for Mass. Simplicity Funeral Chapels.

      His grandmother Carmen Fanick was the dau of Julius Joe Fanick and Maria Ramirez Fanick. Julius Joe was the son John Emil Fanick and Agnes Branecky Fanick.

        His grandmother Carmen Fanick was the dau of Julius Joe Fanick and Maria Ramirez Fanick. Julius Joe was the son John Emil Fanick and Agnes Branecky Fanick. John was the son of John Vanek and Veronika Kulak Vanek. John Vanek changed his name to Fanick after moving to San Antonio. His family started and still own a well known nursery there.
